Python Developer Salary Survey Results

Our February salary survey has attracted 157 respondents from 37 countries. Here are a few quick findings for you:

Median salary in the U.S.: $95,000
Median salary worldwide: $50,000

On average, Python developers would like to earn 46% more.

Professionals with 10 years of experience reported the largest range in earnings from $30K to $250K in the U.S.

Well, I think it would be very interesting if you discarded the outlyers. I think some people outside U.S.A. has answered about the *annual* income as if it was their *monthly* income...

I think that what you published made a great deal of sense. However, think about this, suppose you were to create a awesome title? I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your blog, however what if you added something to possibly grab people's attention? I mean is a little boring. You should glance at Yahoo's front page and note how they create article titles to grab people to click. You might add a related video or a picture or two to get people interested about what you've written. In my opinion, it could make your posts a little bit more interesting.

When we do security audits for companies, we get asked a lot how to manage passwords. I tell them to use a password manager because they have tools built in them already to help keep all employees from being vulnerability spots in the system.
